I made these two nights ago, they were delicious! And i'm not even a big fan of sloppy joes! They were also really easy to make too which is always a plus.

LOVE
Today at church our pastor spoke on love, and it was such a beautiful message. A verse we've all probably heard..... 1 Corinthians 13:4-13 "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres." God is love. He is all of these things! Verse 13 says "There are three things that will endure-faith, hope, and love- but the greatest of these is love." I think that's so awesome. It's so inspiring to know that nothing we say, know, believe, give or accomplish means anything without love. Love has such a deeper meaning than we even realize! I'm very grateful for that message I heard today. I hope you all liked the tid bits of it I shared! :)

The last three years..
Since it would be almost impossible to try to catch up on the last three years (while trying to keep up with current life) I decided to make a list of some important things that have happened and throw some pictures in while i'm at it!
Cruised in the Carribean, moved to St. George, Jesse started a new position with Westates, I got accepted into the radiology program, we bought a house, I ran a half marathon, I played a lot of basketball, we went to Hawaii, we sent off and welcomed Janelle and Kellen to and from Africa, Jayne and Tyler got married, we went to the zoo, had a few birthdays, and a few anniversaries...spent so much wonderful time with our family and friends (weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, retirement parties, hall of fame induction parties, births, etc..)

Our wedding!
Here is the one and only post from our "old blog" :)
Jesse and I got married on August 2nd, 2008. It was such a beautiful day! Everything went so perfectly, something I said over and over again for weeks! ( all that time planning..I had to keep reminding myself!) We had so much help from family and friends. We are so blessed to have such great people in our lives who love and care about us. It's now been almost 6 months. A few changes have occured since we got married...jesses bachelor pad has now been completely debachelorized. No more expired food in the fridge and piles of dirty laundry all over the kitchen floor. There is now toilet paper in the house and the trash now goes in the trash can, not on the kitchen counter. It's hard for him, but he's adjusting well. We've grown closer and closer over these months and I love jesse more than anything..i'm sure he feels the same :)
Blogging life...
When Jesse and I first got married I decided to start a blog. It hasn't been updated since....and now I can't figure out how to log on or make changes! So here is our new and improved blog!!
